Refunds + Returns
maliajones.com will gladly accept unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags still attached of any regularly priced purchase for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date. We do not offer exchanges or credit. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and all original tags must still be attached. Upon the receipt of returned goods malia jones.com reserves the right to deny the refund if the merchandise does not meet our policy requirements.
Damaged Returns
Items which are not in new condition, have been soiled, mishandled, evidence of being worn or missing the tags will be returned to purchaser. No refund will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and he/she will forfeit all claims.
maliajones.com reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the purchaser should the merchandise not abide by our policy.
-ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY
-ALL ITEMS NOTED AS “FINAL SALE” IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CANNOT BE RETURNED.
-maliajones.com currently does not accept and will not process International returns.
-maliajones.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs of returned items.
-Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will maliajones.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.
-We are unable to process returns for any malia jones items purchased by, through or at an outside retailer. All such returns must be handled directly with the outside retailer and/or actual place of purchase.
Returns will be processed with-in 5-7 business days of receiving merchandise.
Once an item has been approved for return, the original method of payment will be credited. It may take 1-2 billing cycles to show up on the credit card used for payment.
maliajones.com does not offer credit or exchanges for returned merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Return Process
1. Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased online at maliajones.com must first obtain a RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by emailing your ORDER NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS used for your purchase to info@maliajones.com with-in 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
2. The merchandise must be postmarked with-in 7 days of receiving your Returns Authorization Number. Please include the original shipping label and a refund authorization number on your package and suit with labels intact. maliajones.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking a package. Please include the original sales receipt, original shipping label and a refund authorization number on your package and suit with labels intact.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY RETURNS MADE WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
In the event that we process your order incorrectly, or you receive damaged or defective items, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund at our expense.
